We provide valuations of residential property for all purposes acting both for private individuals and for financial institutions.
We currently provide mortgage valuations for a number of major lenders including: abbey, Clydesdale, Egg, First Direct, HSBC, National Bank of Australia, Prudential, Scottish Widows, Standard Life, Yorkshire Bank and The One Account.
Whilst the time spent inspecting a house for a mortgage valuation is limited, we use the time to look for serious defects in the property and will recommend further action as is necessary to safeguard both the purchaser’s and bank’s interest. We also provide “Red Book” valuations for a number of purposes including Matrimonial Disputes, Capital Gains Tax, Inheritance Tax and secured lending purposes.
